      Sorry to hear of what happened to you...and I thought I was the only one. I have a question? Today if it occurs to an FAA employee...who has our back? I mean who do you contact to expose this abusive and corruption?....I am living what you just said in your posts....unbelievable. .truly a disgrace for the ASI position....under oath...they don't tell you which oath ...I need some guidance?

        The MSPB is the only place an Employee has to go to get "JUSTICE"....don't believe it only 3% percent of those who try win anything.

        It is hard to defend yourself when FAA Management wants you out. Either go with the flow or try transferring to another office.

        Finally the answer to your question is no one has your back. Sad but true

      Hello Richard - I was terminated from an airline while flying as captain on duty for seven successive days. When I called out on day 7, I caused a 2 hour delay and the company terminated my employment. The FAA has refused to violate the company and they say I don't have the evidence to prove I flew seven successive days. Please let me know if you have any suggestions as to what I should do. Thank you!

        The FAA is in the pocket of the airlines. If the airline fired you for a violation and the FAA won't do anything ....there is your answer.

        Litigation is expensive however you might be able to get an attorney that will work on contingency where he takes a big piece of the settlement. Some attorneys may ask for court costs and some costs to litigate.

        I am late on this issue but, yes I know several old Continental airline Captains were fired from the FAA because of the influence that the Airlines have on ans within the Industry
